  1. Car pick-up - A car will pick you up from your hotel or cruise ship at the agreed time to give you a lift to a local farm.
  2. Meet you hostess – You will be greeted by your hostess for the day and cooking instructor at the farm. You will learn a bit about the island while tasting local meze (appetizers) and drinking Greek wine and Cretan raki.
  3. Cooking Class – You’ll get hands-on in the kitchen making Greek dishes including tzatziki, spinach pie, stuffed tomatoes and peppers, and orzo beef.
  4. Swimming or relaxing – You will have to opportunity to go for a swim at the nearby beach or relax at the farm, maybe even check the family’s vineyard out while the food cooks.
  5. Lunch / Dinner – Time to taste the fruits of your labor! You will have lunch or dinner with your fellow cooks and your host!
  6. Lift back – At 4 PM after lunch, or at 10 PM if you have opted for the evening class, you will be taken back to your hotel or cruise ship.
